little delights

I know the picture above has nothing to do with anything I am about to write below but I love cats. They are just so adorable. I find myself especially attracted to fat ones too. If I could I would love to have one to keep and call my own. 

I took a short break from blogging because I honestly just ran dry. Nothing seemed to have inspired me to write last week. Nonetheless, it has been a good week. My brother came home for about a week plus. It's nice to have someone to talk to, play with and laugh with (while watching Community) at home. And it's sure nice to have the whole family together again. :)

On father's day we attended SIBKL for church service and they had a photo booth set up outside of the sanctuary for families to take their picture. It was a really cute and meaningful idea. You could take a picture with your dad or with the whole family. They used a Fujifilm Instax Mini 7 camera, so we could get our photo immediately. The best I can show you is just the blurry picture of the photo because my scanner isn't working.

The start of this week has been filled with much running and perspiring while playing captain ball. My church youth will be attending in Copa IBA 2011 and taking part in captain ball this Saturday. Honestly, I'm excited and this might also be my last year playing for the competition. I haven't been playing as much as I would like on a weekly basis but I hope even after this Saturday I'll be playing on Sundays more regularly. 

Ah, I can't believe that this is the last week of semester already! It feels like everything just zoomed me by. 

Anyway here's to a good last week of classes! :)
